CAN I HAVE MY ORDER GIFT WRAPPED?

Yes! If you would like your order gift wrapped, please send us an email immediately after placing your order with your order number to request it gift wrapped. The shipping address details must be the same as specified at checked out. 

WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?

Our commitment to your satisfaction is simple: if you're not in love with our products, we'll do everything we can to make it right. So take your time cooking, tasting, and enjoying them, and if you're not satisfied, don't hesitate to reach out to us.

Our return policy for all items is as follows:

  1. All items must be returned within 30 days of purchase.

  2. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Option 1 is for a full 100% refund via in-store credit, which never expires and can be used for future purchases on our web store (excluding past orders). 

Option 2 is a 50% refund applied to your original payment method.

Regardless of the option you choose, please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable. 

If you receive a damaged item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We may ask for the item to be returned or for additional information to file a claim with the carrier.
